Who: Anyone aged 18 or over, all abilities welcome

Join us and be part of our No Strings Badminton sessions. You don’t need to have any experience of playing the game, just the enthusiasm to have a go! Come along in some comfortable clothing and non-marking trainers – we even have some rackets to loan out (courtesy of Badminton England) if you don’t have your own.
No Strings Badminton is a national participation programme offering low-cost, fun ‘pay and play’ sessions, endorsed by Badminton England. We’ll provide you with a friendly and welcoming environment to play badminton, socialise, and keep fit. No Strings is inclusive and open to adult players of any age or ability.
This not-for-profit session is run by members of the Arboretum Badminton Club, who volunteer their time and energy to help increase badminton participation in Nottingham and introduce new players to the game.
